When you find a villa you like, the next step is usually the same for everyone. You open a new tab, search the villa's name, check whether it is on Airbnb or Booking.com, compare prices, scroll through reviews, and try to work out which version of the listing you can trust.
On Croatia Premium Stay, some villas save you that search. If the same property is also listed on Airbnb or Booking.com, we show you the link right on the villa's page.
What You See on the Villa Page
Scroll down on a villa page and, where the owner lists the property elsewhere, you will find a section called "The same property also on", with a direct link to that listing on Airbnb, Booking.com or both.
One click takes you to the same villa on the other platform. You can check the photos, the reviews other guests have left there, and the final price for your dates, then come back and decide where to book.
Not every villa has these links. Some owners only work with us directly, and some list on just one other platform. Where the links exist, they are there for one reason: so you can compare without having to search.

Why We Show You the Competition
It is a fair question. Why would a booking platform send you to Airbnb or Booking.com?
Because we would rather you book with full information than book with doubts. If you compare and still choose us, you have done so knowing exactly what you are getting. If you compare and find that another platform suits you better for this trip, that is your decision to make.
We think the comparison usually works in our favour, for the reasons below. But you should not have to take our word for it.
What to Compare
- The final price, not the first price. — Large platforms often show a nightly rate first and add service fees, cleaning fees or taxes later. Go to the last step before payment on each platform, for the same dates and guests, and compare those totals. Airbnb explains its fees in its own guide to pricing and fees.
- The reviews. — Reviews on Airbnb and Booking.com come from guests who booked there. The links on our villa pages take you straight to them.
- Who you talk to. — On Croatia Premium Stay you speak directly with the owner, the person who knows the villa.
- The cancellation and payment terms. — Each villa sets its own terms, shown on the villa page before you book. Compare them with the other platform for the same dates.
A Real Example — Villa Casta, July 2027
We checked Villa Casta in Podstrana for 8 guests, 13–21 July 2027 (8 nights), on both platforms on 22 October 2026.

For the same villa, the same week and the same group, booking direct by bank transfer cost €1,200 less — the price of a few extra nights on the Adriatic. Even paying by card, the direct price was lower.
Prices change all the time, and the final Airbnb total at checkout can include further fees or taxes depending on your dates and settings. Check your own dates using the links on the villa page.
How Paying Works on Croatia Premium Stay
There is no booking commission for guests on Croatia Premium Stay. Owners pay an annual membership, and the price you see is set by the owner.
- Bank transfer to the owner — no fee. The cheapest way to book.
- Card payment — a 7% card processing fee applies. This fee is non-refundable.
The deposit and the timing of the remaining payment depend on the villa, and are shown on each villa page.
Is Paying the Owner by Bank Transfer Safe?
It is a reasonable worry. Bank transfers to private accounts are exactly how most holiday rental scams work. This is how we handle it:
- Every owner is personally verified — including their bank account.
- Bank details are locked — tied to the verified owner account, and they can only be changed after we verify them again.
- Invoices come from our platform — generated in Croatia Premium Stay using the verified bank details and sent to you from noreply@croatiapremiumstay.com.
Received payment details any other way? Do not pay. Forward them to info@croatiapremiumstay.com and we will check them against the verified account. Croatia Premium Stay will never ask you to change payment details.
When Booking Elsewhere Might Suit You Better
Being honest about this matters more to us than winning every booking.
If you have travel credit or loyalty benefits on another platform, or you strongly prefer one platform's own guarantees and support, it can make sense to book there. The links on our villa pages make that easy too.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do all villas on Croatia Premium Stay link to Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. The links appear only where the owner also lists the same property on those platforms. Some villas are available only directly.
Can I see Airbnb and Booking.com reviews on Croatia Premium Stay?
The reviews stay on those platforms, but the villa page links straight to the listing, so you can read them in one click without searching.
Is it cheaper to book a villa directly?
Often, because there is no booking commission for guests on Croatia Premium Stay and bank transfer to the owner has no fee. In our check of Villa Casta for 8 guests in July 2027, booking direct cost €1,200 less than on Airbnb for the same week. The only reliable way to know is to compare the final total for your dates on each platform.
Are there any fees when booking on Croatia Premium Stay?
There is no booking commission. Paying the owner by bank transfer has no fee. Paying by card carries a non-refundable 7% card processing fee.
How do I know my invoice is genuine?
Genuine invoices are generated in our platform using verified bank details and sent from noreply@croatiapremiumstay.com. Bank details cannot be changed without re-verification. If you receive payment details any other way, forward them to info@croatiapremiumstay.com before paying.
