Elysium House Excelsior sits on a hilltop near Samobor. The fenced 6,000 m² estate is surrounded by forest and looks out over green hills. Samobor, a town more than 800 years old, is 7 km away and Zagreb about 20 km. The 108 m² house, built in 2023, has floor-to-ceiling glass along its full length, so nature is in view from almost every room, even from bed. The kitchen and dining area and the living room with its fireplace open onto a spacious terrace. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, terrace and TV, and one has a freestanding bathtub in front of the bed. Outside are a heated pool, a jacuzzi overlooking the valley, a sauna, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a lounge with a fire pit. Netflix and darts are there for quiet evenings.
