Villa Cypress Hill Excelsior is in Rakotule, a village on the edge of Motovun, surrounded by meadows, forests and vineyards. It looks out over medieval Motovun, the valley and Mount Učka. Below the hill runs the Parenzana, a former railway that is now a walking and cycling trail. The 550 m² house, built in 2022, is designed as a traditional Istrian stancija with a modern touch, on a fenced 2,800 m² plot. The living room with its library has a suspended wood-burning fireplace. All four bedrooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one is on the ground floor. Outside are a 77 m² infinity pool facing Motovun, a jacuzzi, a sunken lounge with a fire bowl and a private tennis court. The covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired oven and two grills, including a Big Green Egg. The private spa has a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a relaxation room, and there is a gym. A concierge and a welcome pack are included; a private chef, grocery delivery, daily cleaning, massage and pool heating can be arranged on request. Pets are welcome.
