Villa Magran Excelsior is a typical Dalmatian stone house with a relaxed beach-house feel on the wild northwestern shore of Pag, about 8 km north of Novalja. The Vidas family have owned this land since the 1980s, and the house was carefully renovated over almost a year. The 3.8-hectare estate is wrapped in olive groves and its own pine forest, with several hundred metres of seafront and a private bay. The villa offers 250 m² of living space with five en-suite double bedrooms for up to 10 guests. Covered terraces surround the house on three sides, and stone steps lead down to the heated 72 m² pool with jacuzzi and pool bar. A few steps further are a private tennis court and a playground, and a 150 m path through the pines leads to the private bay with a beach bar and two boat moorings. The living area, with sofas and a billiards corner, opens onto the covered terrace. An elegant dining room seats the whole group at one long table next to the kitchen bar and professional kitchen, which opens onto the covered outdoor dining area with a stone barbecue and pizza oven. A villa manager and housekeeping look after the estate during your stay, with a concierge service included. Transfers, helicopter transfers, boat rental and a private chef can be arranged on request.
