Villa Marita Excelsior is a private seafront estate directly on the Adriatic in Karlobag, halfway between Venice and Dubrovnik, where the sea meets the dramatic landscapes of Mount Velebit. With virtually no immediate neighbours, it offers rare openness, privacy and a direct connection with the sea. The centre of Karlobag, a shop and a restaurant are about 500 m away. The indoor living areas open onto spacious terraces with natural shade and panoramic Adriatic views. Six bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus a guest toilet, welcome up to 14 guests. Outside are a long pool with a sun deck, yoga and relaxation terraces, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue and a fire pit. Guests have the whole estate to themselves, ideal for family stays, celebrations and retreats. On request, the adjoining area can host a further 10–15 guests with RVs or camping. Swim straight from the property or set off by boat from the private jetty; taxi boats connect to Pag and Zrće Beach. Pets are welcome (up to five). Wi-Fi, a workspace, air conditioning and free parking are provided.
